一莲宣涟，是译廉宣廉的谐音。字面意思为一朵莲花掀起涟漪，意在通过翻译廉洁人物、廉洁故事这件事情，在学校掀起廉政建设宣传教育的新浪潮。

辞鱼正风为楷模

晏婴是春秋时期著名的政治家、思想家、外交家，以其卓越的政治才能和外交智慧，为齐国繁荣稳定作出了杰出贡献。晏婴管理国家秉公无私，一生清廉节俭，倡导廉洁奉公，深受百姓爱戴尊敬。

有一次，晏婴惩治了一批贪官污吏，使当地风气焕然一新。百姓们为了表达感激之情，纷纷送来各种礼物，其中还有人专门捕来两条肥美的鱼。晏婴看着这两条鱼，对那位送鱼的百姓说：“谢谢你的好意，但我不能收下。”那人有些不解，问道：“大人，不过是两条鱼而已，为何不收下呢？”晏婴解释说：“因为一旦收下你的鱼，别人就可能会认为我在用权力来换取私利，不仅损害自身形象，也会给整个国家的风气带来负面影响。”那人听后，深感敬佩、连连点头。晏婴接着说：“我若想吃鱼，可以用俸禄去买，这样既能满足口腹之欲，又能保持清廉本色。你这两条鱼，还是留给自己和家人享用吧。”这个事情很快在齐国传为佳话，人们纷纷称赞晏婴的高尚品格和廉洁自律精神。

Yan Ying, A Model of Integrity

Yan Ying was a renowned statesman, philosopher, and diplomat during the Spring and Autumn Period. Known for his exceptional political acumen and diplomatic wisdom, he made significant contributions to the prosperity and stability of the State of Qi. Yan Ying governed the state impartially and selflessly, living a life of integrity and frugality. He advocated for public service with honesty, earning the respect and admiration of the people.

On one occasion, Yan Ying punished a group of corrupt officials, which led to a dramatic improvement in the social climate. In gratitude, the people presented him with various gifts, including two specially caught fatty fish. Yan Ying looked at the fish and said to the person who had brought them, “Thank you for your kindness, but I cannot accept these.” The person, somewhat confused, asked, “Sir, it’s just two fish—why won’t you accept them?” Yan Ying explained, “If I accept your fish, others may think that I am using my position to seek personal gain. This would damage my reputation and create a negative influence on social climate.” The person, deeply impressed, nodded repeatedly. Yan Ying then continued, “If I want to eat fish, I can buy them with my salary. That way, I can satisfy my craving while maintaining my integrity. You should keep these fish for yourself and your family.” This incident quickly became a famous story in Qi, with people praising Yan Ying’s noble character, self-discipline and integrity.
