一莲宣涟，是译廉宣廉的谐音。字面意思为一朵莲花掀起涟漪，意在通过翻译廉洁人物、廉洁故事这件事情，在学校掀起廉政建设宣传教育的新浪潮。

朱国华：坚守廉洁

不屈不挠的法律人

朱国华，是朱自清的三弟，1907年生于江苏扬州，毕业于厦门大学法律系。抗战胜利后在无锡地方法院担任检察官，任上也是两袖清风，廉洁自守。有一次，朱国华在路上遇见一名富商，富商见到他就弯腰鞠躬，一时没反应过来，富商迅速拿出几根金条往他怀里塞。朱国华吃了一惊，不知道怎么回事。原来这是一位开银楼的商人，有桩官司经朱国华审理获得胜诉，使其免于破产，富商以此表示感谢。朱国华就说，胜和败都靠依据法律，我没有做什么，东西不能拿。富商随身掏出一支派克笔，一定要做个纪念。他一看推不掉，转身就走了。

1953年由于所谓历史问题和海外关系的牵连，朱国华被剥夺了工作权力，失业在家多年，生活困难，但是他没有一味抱怨，而是每天义务扫大街，给孩子补文化课。一家五口的生活全靠妻子支撑。本来想要哥哥朱物华安排一个图书馆工作的位子，但二哥不肯滥用职权。几十年里，朱物华一直拿自己的工资接济弟弟。1988年，已经82岁的朱国华才得到平反。

Zhu Guohua: A Steadfast and Unyielding Legal Professional Committed to Integrity

Zhu Guohua, the third brother of Zhu Ziqing, was born in 1907 in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, and graduated from the Law School of Xiamen University. After the victory in The War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he served as a prosecutor in the Wuxi Local Court, where he was known for his incorruptible and self-disciplined conduct. Once, Zhu Guohua encountered a wealthy merchant on the street. The merchant, upon seeing him, bowed deeply and, before Zhu Guohua could react, quickly stuffed several gold bars into his arms. Startled and confused, Zhu Guohua was unsure of what was happening. The merchant, a jeweler, explained that with the help of Zhu Guohua, he had won a lawsuit and was saved from bankruptcy. As a token of gratitude, the merchant sought to gift the gold bars to Zhu Guohua.  Zhu Guohua firmly declined, explained that legal outcomes are determined by the law, and that he had merely uphold his duty, doing nothing extraordinary. The merchant then took out a Parker pen from his pocket, insisting on leaving a small token of appreciation. Seeing that he could not refuse the merchant's goodwill, Zhu Guohua turned and walked away.

In 1953, due to the so-called historical issues and his connections overseas, Zhu Guohua was deprived of the right to work and was unemployed at home for many years. Life was difficult for his family, instead of complaining, he took it upon himself to sweep the streets every day and tutored his children's cultural lessons. The family of five relies solely on his wife’s income to make ends meet. At one point, Zhu Guohua sought help from his older brother, Zhu Wuhua, requesting a position in a library. However, his brother refused to abuse his authority. Instead, for decades, Zhu Wuhua quietly used his own salary to help his brother. In 1988, at the age of 82, Zhu Guohua was finally vindicated.
