梁军：廉洁奉献的楷模

梁军是中国第一位女拖拉机手、新中国第一批全国劳动模范。1948年，黑龙江省委举办拖拉机手培训班，梁军克服重重阻力第一个报名，成为70多名学员中唯一的女性，并以优异成绩结业，掌握了驾驶、修理和保养技术。她坚信中国妇女也能像苏联妇女一样在农业机械化领域有所作为。在北大荒的开发建设中，梁军和她的女子拖拉机队克服了常人难以想象的困难，每天工作12小时以上，住简陋的草棚，吃在地头，一年时间开荒3400亩，为国家粮食生产作出重要贡献。她的事迹激励了无数女性投身农业机械化事业，成为新时代女性的杰出代表。  

梁军还将一生奉献给了农机事业。在哈尔滨工作期间，她主持制定技术管理规程，编制农机发展规划，承担技术指导等工作。她借鉴国外技术，结合当地实际，制定技术改造方案，引进汽车检测维修生产线，解决了社会急需。她主持完成的科研课题众多，推动了农机事业的发展。此外，她还积极普及拖拉机驾驶和维修技术，培养了大量技术能手，为中国农业发展作出了突出贡献。梁军的一生是忠诚奉献的一生，她用行动诠释了对党和国家的无限忠诚。

Liang Jun: A Paragon of Integrity and Dedication

As China’s first female tractor driver and one of New China’s first batch of National Model Workers, Liang Jun blazed a trail for women in agricultural development. In 1948, when the CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee launched a tractor driver training program, she overcame numerous obstacles to be the first to sign up—ultimately becoming the only woman among more than 70 trainees. Graduating with outstanding results, she mastered not only tractor operation but also repair and maintenance skills. Firmly believing that Chinese women could make their mark in agricultural mechanization just like their Soviet counterparts, she dedicated herself to breaking gender barriers in this male-dominated field. During the development and construction of Beidahuang (the "Great Northern Wilderness"), Liang Jun and her all-female tractor team endured unimaginable hardships. They worked over 12 hours a day, lived in simple thatched huts, and ate their meals right in the fields. In just one year, they reclaimed 3,400 mu (approximately 226.7 hectares) of wasteland—making a vital contribution to the nation’s grain production. Her extraordinary deeds served as an inspiration for countless women to join the cause of agricultural mechanization, establishing her as an outstanding role model for women in the new era.

Liang Jun devoted her entire life to the agricultural machinery (AM) industry. During her tenure in Harbin, she took the lead in formulating technical management regulations, compiling development plans for agricultural machinery, and providing technical guidance. Drawing on foreign advanced technologies while adapting them to local realities, she designed technical transformation schemes and introduced automobile inspection and maintenance production lines—effectively addressing pressing social needs. She also led and completed a host of scientific research projects, which significantly advanced the development of the agricultural machinery sector. Moreover, she actively popularized tractor operation and repair techniques, training a large number of skilled technicians and laying a solid foundation for China’s agricultural progress. Liang Jun’s life was a life of unwavering loyalty and selfless dedication. Through every act and achievement, she vividly embodied her profound devotion to the Communist Party of China and the nation.
