Trainee - Support Analyst

Location: Hangzhou &（Number：20）

工作地点：杭州（人数：20）

Responsibilities: (工作职责)

Commitment to ensuring quality and resource management

为全球客户提供高质量的IT技术服务

Provide 24*7 hours support to the Production systems or Testing environment of Investment Banks

在投资银行的产品运营或者环境测试下提供7*24的技术支持和系统维护

Recording and updating work items in ticket logging system.

实时记录并更新生票系统

Answering hotline queries about IT technical issues from Clients or developers

支持，解答，协调客户或者研发部门产生的IT技术事宜

Investigation, reporting and possible correction to failed batches

进行调查，报告无法处理和处理失败的状况

Requirements: (基本要求)

The Student will have a minimum qualification of CET level 4 English proficiency. – open to all majors

学生至少需要具备大学英语四级的英语水平—专业不限。

Willing to be engaged in IT industry and Financial Service

有志于从事IT软件行业及金融服务行业

Very good English skills in both written and spoken English

熟练的英文听说及运用能力

Good Communication skills.

具有较强的语言沟通能力及技术协调能力，拥有良好的团队合作精神

Acumen on business and logic sense

思维敏捷，较强的逻辑思维，能够快速掌握各种软件系统的主要应用价值及使用操作

Trainees are going to attend:

Business professional skills, such as Client Service, business phone calls, e-mail and conference calls

基础培训：主要是各种专业技能，如客户服务，接打电话，e-mail和电话会议

English Training: listening and spoken skills which will help with your daily work with a focus on speaking in an international environment

英语培训：听力和口语，助你在国际化的工作环境中发挥得更加出色

IT Technology Training: Unix, Java, Oracle

IT技术培训：UNIX、JAVA、Oracle等

Domain Knowledge training: Finance, Capital Markets

行业相关技能培训，如：金融知识，投资银行业务

Team Building: trainees can learn more from teamwork and cooperate with others

团队活动：使培训者互通合作并且能在团队环境中有更出色的表现
